"Spent $200, Received Moldy Rotten Fruit and Flowers"

We spent $200 to have a fruit and flowers basket delivered on a very specific date. Not only did the basket arrive five days late, this company sent fresh food and flowers through the post office. Who does that? The chocolate was melted to a puddle. The brie cheese, fruit and flowers are moldy and rotten. The smell was horrendous. The entire package had to be thrown away upon arrival. And to add insult to injury, the company refuses to make good on their products. They denied a refund, a partial refund and they were incredibly rude about it. Save your money, go elsewhere.

"Wouldn’t recommend Hazeltons"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with my experience. The order just didn’t feel worth the money, and everything ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t use hazeltons.ca again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

"Missing items and a lot of back and forth"
My Hazeltons basket showed up with a few items missing, and getting it sorted wasn’t as easy as I hoped. I had to send a few emails and felt like I was being passed around before someone finally dealt with it. They did refund me in the end, which I appreciated, but the whole process was slow and more stressful than it needed to be.

"Frustrating to Shop Around"
I had a frustrating time trying to find what I needed. The pages loaded slower than I expected, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear, so I ended up second-guessing a few steps. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when I reached out for help, the support reply felt kind of copy-pasted and didn’t really address what I was asking. Overall, it just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Showed Up Right When It Was Supposed To"
My order arrived on time, that was the main thing I cared about. No weird delay, no missing package situation, no having to refresh the tracking every five minutes, no waiting around all day wondering if it got lost somewhere. It just showed up when it said it would, which I always appreciate. Everything was straightforward, kind of like when a delivery actually lands on your porch, the box isn’t beat up, the timing works out, and you don’t have to contact customer service at all. Good overall.

"I got way too excited about being able…"
I got way too excited about being able to swap a few items and toss in extra stuff to the basket — like, why did that feel so satisfying? The site was mostly easy to use, though a couple of the options felt weirdly hidden, like I was on a tiny digital scavenger hunt. But overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely use it again.

"Nice basket, but the tracking was annoying"
I ordered a gift basket for my sister and she was really happy with it, so that part was great. Checkout was easy, and it did arrive on the day I chose. My only real complaint is the tracking, it just didn’t update fast enough, and I kept checking it and feeling like nothing was changing. The tracking could definitely be better, because that part was kind of frustrating. Still, the basket was nice and I’d probably use hazeltons again.

I paid for same-day delivery, but it ended up showing up the next day and I didn’t really get a clear update about what was going on. I had to keep checking in with support, which was annoying, and by the time it arrived, it had basically messed up the whole gift situation. I probably wouldn’t order from Hazelton’s again if I needed something to arrive on a specific day.

"Decent baskets, but kind of a headache"
I used Hazeltons for a few client gifts it was just okay. The baskets looked nice enough online, but a couple showed up later than expected, which is awkward when you’re trying to look professional for business. I also didn’t get clear updates and had to keep checking on things myself like some kind of delivery detective. For personal gifts, maybe they’re fine, but for corporate gifting, these guys need to get it together. I need something reliable and low-hassle, not a bunch of nonsense.

Everything I got was basically what I ordered, so no real issue there. It just showed up a bit later than I expected, which was kinda annoying, but overall it was fine.
